This was the second condo we’ve renovated in this prime Sunset Hills location. In the first unit, the scope was fairly focused: we renovated the kitchen and added a much‑needed sound barrier between the homeowners and their neighbors.
This second condo, however, was a completely different story. Here, we renovated everything we could see — and a few things we couldn’t. Older homes often come with hidden challenges, and this one was no exception. Behind the walls, we uncovered plumbing and electrical systems that needed significant upgrades to meet modern standards. These improvements aren’t flashy, but they’re the kind that will serve the homeowners well for the next 50 to 75 years.
By the time we finished, the entire space had been transformed from the inside out, blending fresh design with long‑term structural reliability.
